Pantex Assay Technology

Using in-house produced rabbit polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies, PANTEX immunoassay technology consists of Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA) in microplate format. ​

Pantex assays are based on the "homologous" assay principle whereby the steroid immunogen used to produce an antibody and the enzyme steroid hapten used as a label, are conjugated on corresponding positions of the steroid molecule.​

Developed per GMP and FDA guidelines. Saliva proficiency inter-laboratory testing program shows excellent sample-to-sample correlation between PANTEX salivary assays and LC-MS/MS.
