Pantex Assay Technology

Using in-house produced rabbit polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies, PANTEX immunoassay technology consists of Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA) in microplate format.

Pantex assays are based on the "homologous" assay principle whereby the steroid immunogen used to produce an antibody and the enzyme steroid hapten used as a label, are conjugated on corresponding positions of the steroid molecule.

Developed per GMP and FDA guidelines. Saliva proficiency inter-laboratory testing program shows excellent sample-to-sample correlation between PANTEX salivary assays and LC-MS/MS.
